About me

I am a 2020 Surface Pattern Design graduate specialising in interiors. My degree has taught me a lot about commercial awareness. Creating specific content, understanding trends and what would be popular are key factors surrounding my briefs.

I am versatile in my design ability, making sure I can create artwork which works in line with commercial, unique, luxury and high-end products. Working on multiple projects at a time has made me value the importance of being organised so I can meet deadlines on time.

My main source of inspiration when creating work is about how things change; whether its through nature, man made structures, new materials or in my day-to-day life. Drawing, collaging and material experimentation are crucial to my first stages of creating work.

I am very experienced with digital design in Photoshop and Illustrator. I’ve developed a large array of skills using these programs; creating repeat patterns, drawing and being able to set up files to be transferred to make laser cuts.

I am currently seeking a job within the design industry and I am excited to start my career within this field.
